6. Return and Warranty Policy

The sensor has a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. In the event of a malfunction, it will be replaced with a new one only within this period.
No refunds are made.

The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, drops, exposure to liquids, or unauthorized modifications.

The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Applicable legislation

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Santiago.
